Had my van towed there yesterday, for my battery and alternator, and Andy and the guys were amazing and very thorough. I'm a returning customer after a long absence, but I'll be back for more work my vehicle needs.

My experience in the past and recently at Bill's has been great, they are all professional! They explain everything prior to working on your car. They are not pushy and their prices are reasonable. It's always worth paying for quality!!

I brought my car to Bill's the other day to get a new battery and oil change. As always, the folks there were pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was clean. They were able to give me all the information on the services they had performed on my car in the past and made some suggestions regarding upcoming maintenance items. While changing the oil, they discovered that a rodent had made a little nest against my air filter and fixed that problem also. Hartford is fortunate to have such a reliable and professional business in such a safe and convenient location.

I trust no one with my car except for Bill's Automotive. They have the best prices and mechanics in town. They can solve anything. Andy is a treasure to the garage along with Gus. Thanks for your great work.
