The service at Bill's span not just during normal business hours, but off the clock as well. Not many businesses can say that anymore. I am a longtime Hartford teacher and journey into the city to go to school daily. This morning my commute took a turn and I got a flat just as I was exiting the connector onto Prospect. I was lucky enough to not only safely exit the ramp and pull over, but the owner Joe was driving a few cars behind me and saw my situation. WITHOUT questions asked, jumped out of his car, handed me his card so I knew who he was, and changed my tire. If this is the type of service they provide off the clock, I can only imagine the service during work hours. I was able to make it to school in time for the students and his kindness really spoke volumes I can guarantee that my family and others at my school will go to Bill's next time they are in need of auto service.
