As always another excellent performance by the folks @ Bills automotive. Ive been taking my car[s] there for over a decade and Ive never been let down. When something is fixed it is fixed. If there are any issues they are attentive and assist you with them. They will answer your questions and always keep you informed. Friendly, great service and affordable. I started going there when I lived in Hartford. I now live about 20-25 minutes away in Berlin and will continue to bring my car[s] to these guys because of these reasons. You should too.

Bill's is great. Great service both on the cars and also have come through whenever we had an issue and needed help.

Great team and service at Bill's Automotive. I called for an appointment approximately midday on a Tuesday and was told I could bring my car in first thing the next morning. I dropped my car off around 9 a.m. and gave a brief description of what I thought was wrong. I received a call about an hour after I got home and was told what was needed, and the car would be ready by lunchtime. I recommend this shop if you are looking for personable staff and quick, quality service.
