You initially asked for pricing to replace all of your lug nuts, and then asked for a quote for just the front ones. Upon inspecting the vehicle, our team determined that you actually only needed two lug nuts replaced due to damage from a previous removal attempt. Rather than charging you for the larger jobs you requested, we saved you money by only doing what was necessary. The final charge of $38 covered the professional labor/time required to safely fix the issue. We pride ourselves on honest, transparent pricing and standing behind our work.
