I had a great experience at Bill’s Automotive today. The staff was extremely professional from start to finish & they made the whole process smooth & stress free. The quality of the work was excellent & their pricing was very fair compared to other places I’ve been to. What really stood out was their communication, they kept me informed every step of the way & got my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but Bill’s Automotive definitely earned mine. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

As always another excellent performance by the folks @ Bills automotive. Ive been taking my car[s] there for over a decade and Ive never been let down. When something is fixed it is fixed. If there are any issues they are attentive and assist you with them. They will answer your questions and always keep you informed. Friendly, great service and affordable. I started going there when I lived in Hartford. I now live about 20-25 minutes away in Berlin and will continue to bring my car[s] to these guys because of these reasons. You should too.
