I woke up needing to rush to Hartford Hospital for a family tragedy and the car wouldn’t start. After I got it started, I called Bill’s and was greeted with a caring and calm response. Once I got there, and explained my predicament, I knew I found a great place. I walked to the hospital while my car was repaired and I totally felt in good hands. Thanks Bills for a great experience on a tough day.

Once again, Andy and his mechanics continue to provide exceptional and prompt service. Their diligence and automotive knowledge allowed them to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose my vehicle’s “noise issue!” My car is running like new and I feel safe driving once again. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Bill’s for service and highly recommend the professional and courteous business to all.

I'm new to the area and needed my Acura truck repaired quickly. I called and was able to have it looked at the very next morning. By 8am I received a diagnosis by noon I received a message that it was ready. The cost was reasonable and the service was phenomenal! They sent me pictures of all the damaged parts as well as the new ones when they were installed and I appreciated that. Sorry some of the things my truck needs I asked was it worth doing and without hesitation I was told " it'd be nothing for me to tell you yes knowing that you'll still need to buy another car within 6 months so you may want to use that towards just burying". I've never encountered such honesty and integrity and they do prepurchase inspections so they've gained a lifelong customer. Thank you Bill's Automotive!

Very friendly! And great to have a conversation with. Brought my car in I thought I had an exhaust leak and they took the car in and sure enough it was. They went out of there way to explain what was wrong with it and how they will be able to fix or replace the damaged part at a very reasonable price. And to think I was about to go to the dealership to get this fixed there!$$$$$ I highly recommend bringing your vehicle there first before you take it anywhere else! My experience with Bill's Automotive was a positive one. Thanks guys!👍
