It's been a year since my front brakes were done at Bills...great location and convenient to my office. After begining to experience that squeaking noise again and learning that my brakes may need to be replaced again after an interim dealer visit, I contacted the shop only mentioned my first name described the problem I was experiencing with my brakes but the advisor had my car details on his screen asked me to bring the car in the next day. I received an email confirming my next day apointment within minutes. Fast forward a day later, my car was repaired under the warranty program at Bills 2years/24k miles. No more squealing!!! Thank you!!

I have to say Bill's Auto is my go to garage. I recently went in with my F-150 with a problem that previously was not detected elsewhere. After bringing my truck to Bill's, within minutes they found the problem and was able to fix it right then for me. I have never left unsatisfied. They listen, they are honest, everything is well explained and have great customer service. I recommend Bill's Auto for any service! I will definitely be going back!

Everyone was very nice and extremely friendly. I came in with an issue with one of my front headlights. Bill's called me very quickly with the issue and price quote. They had it repaired for me within an hour. This was very convenient for me since I was working during the day and did not have a lot of time.

Service was done to my satisfaction and on time. They kept in contact with me regarding what they found and would do. I will definitely being going back.

Excellent !!!! Very helpful , very imformitive !! They had the opertunity to make money and do a lot of work but chose to give us options and put our welfare in front of a dollar . I would highly recommend them !!!
