We have used them twice and found them to be honest and fair. The first time we took it to our regular mechanic, and he said he couldn't do the work but the price should be around x. We took it to Bills and without taking them anything they found the same issue, and there price was right on what we were told to expect. Since the car had been recalled previously for a similar issue they checked with VW to see if they would cover it (this was done in their own initiative) Ssince we had it done once VW said no but still they tried. Second time quality service quickly done.
