I am a first time customer, and I am impressed! I took my Toyota Tacoma to Bill's following a massive transmission leak. Not only was Joe and his team able to fix the problem the first time around, something that eluded the Toyota service department, they took the time to go over the repair, they showed me pictures of the issues, they fixed it in a timely fashion, and they did it for a fair price.The garage is super clean, a deserving environment for highly skilled mechanics. I absolutely recommend Bill's Automotive.

Wow, I can't say enough about the service Advisor Joe Vassallo. This was my first time using them to perform a vehicle inspection on a Mercedes I almost purchased. Joe, went above and beyond for me. He was very personable, professional,polite, patient and honest. Loved his personality! He had the inspection performed, sent be a detailed report with pictures of what they observed. Not only that, he then called me to make sure I understood the results. In the end, I did not buy the car and I'm so happy I brought it there. Joe saved me thousands. I own 4 cars in my family and I will bring my cars there without hesitation when they need work. I will also refer my friends as well. Thank you Bills Automotive. You guys rock!
