The guys at Bill's Auto were very courteous and accomodating. The service was excellent and I most definetly will return. The team of technicians seem to be knowledgable and honest. I was very impressed with the overall service and the price was reasonable!

Bill's was able to diagnosis an problem with my car that even the Toyota manufactoring company had no knowledge of.This saved me time and money and aggrevation - Always appreciate the courteous and knowledge staff and work performed.

My battery died yesterday, which initially upset me. But it turned out to be good fortune because I found my way to Bill's Automotive and now have a great place to take my car for all it's service needs. They were cordial, timely, and helpful. Plus, the shuttle service to and from work was invaluable.

I recently went to Harte Nissan to have service done on my Suzuki. I know that I don't have the highest priced vehicle on the road, but I don't think it means that I deserve poor service. I bought this car brand new in 2007 and they replaced my transmission on a 4 year old car without probable cause. My car, after the replacement, was running a little rough. I took the car to Bill's to get a second opinion on what was going on. They were wondering why Harte replaced the transmission as well. And they said that the problems that are occuring currently are probably due to the transmission. I had two people at Bill's do a ride along with me to actually see what my concerns were. They provided me with information on the problem I was having before the transmission was replaced and they gave me information to take back to Harte so that they could fix the transmission that was just put in. Fortunately for me, Harte wanted to plug me for $500 more dollars for something that isn't even wrong with the vehicle, so I made an appointment to have my car looked at by Bill's. I have an appointment on Tuesday. These guys really know how to communicate with their customers. It's very hard to find honest auto service centers, especially if you are a woman. I will be taking my car to Bill's whenever I have a problem.
