Bill's Auto gets it done. I had my car towed here the other evening while they were closed, they went right to work in the morning and I had my car back in the afternoon. Very professional, clear & courteous. One of the more reputable high-end shops in Hartford.

I am very please with the service I received at Bill's Automotive. The staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was really distraught with my car not having heat since the first snow storm of 2013. I wanted to make sure I was taking my car to a reputable establishment that would be honest and trustworthy. I found my experience to be this and more. They assured me that they would be able to do the repair. My car has been repaired and everything explained. I was very pleased with my experience at Bill's Automotive. I work at Hartford Hospital and it was convenient to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up later in the day. I was impressed that everyone (from the person who picked up the phone to the person who fixed my car and called me back) was very kind and knowledgeable and explained the problem, why it happened, and what to look for in the future.
