They took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns, and kept me informed of their progress throughout the course of their inspection and repair. Jim was able to get my car in for service almost immediately after I first called them, and The work was completed in a very timely manner (less than a full day). In addition, they charged SEVERAL HUNDRED $ less than what I was quoted by the dealer for the same service and repair. Thank you, Bill's!
