Really fantastic people- incredibly helpful and hardworking. Driving an old Euro can be a pain when maitenence comes into question but these guys had my car figured out and on the road the next day. Definitely my go-to Hartford mechanic.

Excellent service! Went in for an alignment, they diagnosed my car with a different issue. Instead of going forward with the alignment AND the new tire I needed, they were very honest and told me though I did need an alignment, it wasn't what was causing my issues. I will be going back in a few week for that alignment. Their prices were just right for my budget, and I'm a college student!!! Thank you Bill's Auto!!

Bill's Automotive has far exceeded my expectations!! I originally brought my car here because it happened to be the closest AAA approved site from where my car broke down. I didn't know anything about the garage and since I haven't had much luck with mechanics, I didn't know what to expect. Bill's fixed my car promptly, thoroughly explained what was going on, and was upfront about the cost. Additionally, when I continued to have some issues with my car Bill's honored their warranty, no questions asked!! These are honest guys who do their best to make the customer happy.
