The staff and mechanics at Bill's Automotive are a wonderful group of people to deal with. They are well mannered, professional and technically knowledgeable when it comes to analyzing and addressing auto problems. They charge reasonable rates and Service Manager Joe Vassallo is a very sharp and caring person and is definitely an asset to the company. Teddy, who’s in charge of their front desk, is an excellent person to interface with. Of the certified auto mechanics they have onsite, two of them, Gilbert and Mike (the owner of Bill's), specialize in servicing Cadillac cars (my car). From a recent conversation I had with owner, Mike, I was intrigued to find out that their building is on the CT Historical Society Protection list and has been in existence since the turn of the 20-th century. The garage is well maintained, orderly and clean. On the backside of the building, is a large parking lot which is truly a plus. They offer their customers free coffee and they even offer a complete car wash / cleaning service. When I dropped off my car for repairs, they drove me back to my house and when the job was completed, they even picked me up and drove me back to the garage so I could pay by bill and drive my car away -- this to me is a wonderful convenience. They are honest with their assessments and will go the extra mile to satisfy and keep their customers happy. For all the above reasons, I would not hesitate to recommend Bill's Automotive to anyone having auto issues.
