Bill's has always and continues to give me the best service on my vehicles as one could expect. Anytime I've been in a pinch they have come through quickly, thoroughly, and in a friendly manner. I am always put at ease once I talk with Joe about what needs to be done and how to approach an issue.

The first time I went to bills they said don't be scared to stop by anytime they listen to what I have to say even when im just talk about a strange noise. And they know what there doing every time! . They never try to rush me off and the bill is always cheaper then the other places.and they don't try take money from us girls they treat everyone the same. Im going back From Yellow Yancy

Excellent service. Everything was explained in layman's terms and you were very open and honest about the service needed. Even though you were shorthanded for the day, ccmmunication about when service was completed was good and the car was ready on time. I just hope that I don't have $400 dollar service every three months! :)

Despite Mike dealing with a shortage of workers due to vacation and illness, he still provided 5-star service, with ample apologies.

I have only been going to Bill's for a short time now, but I have noticed that each and every person who works there puts a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction. They always put so much care in finding the best deal for the customer. I appreciate their patience and dedication to their work. Bill's Automotive is a great place for car service.
