This was my first experience at Bill's and it was great. I used a Living Social coupon for an oil change. The tech gave my car a good looking over and pointed out a thing or two. But I was grateful that I felt no "hard sell". Everyone was friendly and the service was thorough and quick. 2 thumbs up!

I would like to thank Mike with Bill's Automotive. He saved me from making what could have been a huge mistake by inspecting a vehicle that I was very close to purchasing. He was very up front and honest with me even though it was not what I wanted to hear. I fell in love with the vehicle and really wanted to purchase it. After finding out that the amount of repairs necessary almost immediately on the vehicle and receiving that very needed advise regarding the value of the vehicle versus the cost of the damage/repairs, I was able to make a sound decision and save my money. I am very pleased with the service I received and will recommend anyone to do business with these guys because their integrity alone speaks for itself.

Bill's Automotive did a fantastic job assessing the issue I was having with my vehicle, explaining the problem to me, and then fixing it in a timely manner. The customer service was spectacular and I feel like my car is running better than when I first bought it. I used to only take my car to the dealership when it needed work done, but since I have had such a positive experience with the service at Bill's I won't go anywhere else for automotive repairs.
