Love Bill's - I always get a thorough explanation (in layman's terms) of what is being done to my car.

Work was done on time and professionally. The price was fair and the estimate was accurate. I would recommend Bill's to my friends.

Recently my car became disabled in Hartford on my way home from work. Fortunately this occurred across the street from Bill's Aoutomotive. Everyone at Bill's was helpful and friendly from beginning to end. The car was repaired quickly and I was kept up to date on progress. I live in Massachusetts, but will likely now make Bill's my primary repair shop. I thank the entire team!

Bill's office is small, but the crew works big. Two oil changes there and I have never waited more than half an hour check in to finished. Completely satisfied with their work.

Everything was taken care, the price was as quoted. The service was completed on time. I also really appreciate the inspection that is done on my older car to let me know what condition the rest of the car is in.

We really appreciate the service, value and attitude of the shop. If there were any improvement, it would be appointment setting so that the service could be performed with the 1 hour we were told to expect. Two hours for an oil change seems long, so I am thinking maybe it is due to either space or manpower. But, considering how great a value the shop provides, it is not a big issue.
