Went in w/o appt when a warning light went on. Offered me a ride to my office. Responsive; tested the diagnosis they made before doing the repair. I had my car back by the end of the day.

They people at Bill's automotive are very nice anc courteus. I had an issue with my vehicle and they looked at it that day, but did not do any unneccessary work. I appreciate all their help

It was a real pleasure doing business with Bill's Automotive. They are a team of honest and true professionals who do great work at a fair price. They quickly analyzed the problem with my vehicle, communicated what it would take to do the repair and how long it would take. They went the extra mile and sent me a video via internet of the problem. True to there word the repair was completed in a timely manner. They do great work.

Ross & Joe are fabulous. Articulate, smart, knowledgeble, factual, clear and customer and service oriented. Best I've dealt with in over 25 years. Additionally, the computer software that dipicts the problems and solutions is outstanding.

This is my 2nd time bringing my M3 for servicing and once again received exceptional customer service. An email reminder was sent prior to visit. Thorough check of vehicle provided, along with full report of findings, was impressive. Will continue to use their services in the future.
