Everything was taken care, the price was as quoted. The service was completed on time. I also really appreciate the inspection that is done on my older car to let me know what condition the rest of the car is in.

We really appreciate the service, value and attitude of the shop. If there were any improvement, it would be appointment setting so that the service could be performed with the 1 hour we were told to expect. Two hours for an oil change seems long, so I am thinking maybe it is due to either space or manpower. But, considering how great a value the shop provides, it is not a big issue.

Very honest and to the point. They gave a great overview of what was wrong with the car, and their opinion on what should be done based on my budget. THANKS!!!

I brought my car in for air conditioning problems. As always, I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me. I love Bill's.

Excellent, as always. I appreciate the good care you take of my car and pocketbook. Thank you also for the loaner car - very important with the busy day I was having.

The only issue I had was I made the appointment online, but I did not have a follow response. I am sure this will be fixed. Besides that everyone is very easy to work with and no pressure to do more than was requested, but did let identify the next issue that will need to be addressed.

The mechanics at Bill's Automotive did a super job on fixing my brakes. My car was shaking badly and was starting to become hazardous. They even delivered my car right to my work, which you don't get that type of service anywhere else. Today, my brakes are strong and there is no shaking in my steering wheel.

As always, Bill's is exceptional. They're kind, treat you right and explain repairs to you in a language you can understand. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
