great place. friendly, accommodating, respectful, punctual, helpful. keeps you updated on all necessary information. doesnt push you towards any unnecessary or extra expenses/work on your vehicle. will text you updates/pics throughout any process. bill's does exactly what you were quoted and no more without your knowledge and consent. not opportunistic/exploitative of single women. trustworthy and i wont go anywhere else.

They took my care on time; I was able to make an appointment on the internet and the car was ready when I needed it. What more can you ask for?

I brought my car into Bill's and informed them of the issue I thought I had (pulley system issue) along with an oil change. They changed the oil and called me about the pulley. They indicated many tests had been performed but were not able to see any other problems. I appreciated the honesty of the service. I feel that many other auto repair shops would have taken advantage of opportunity to do work instead of being honest. Thank you Bill's Automotive!
