I've been getting my car serviced and repaired at Bill's for about a year now and they've done a great job. They explain everything to me before and after they work on my car and try to make it as easy as possible to work around my schedule and offer to drive me to and from work if needed. If you are in the Hartford area you definitely want to take your vehicle there.
