I recently obtained a new to me, Grand Prix and over the past couple months Bill's has been getting it all in order. The car was indicating it needed traction control ABS service and Bills kept checking it, test driving it, and sort of making it a mission to figure out. It was not easy to figure out what was causing it, but they did, and they explained the technitians pleasure at finding it and how he found it. They are all really into making cars safe and operating properly, as well as appreciating various vehicle benifits. Great Job!

Great job all around. Clearly explained what my car needs and will need in the near future. Joe even sent me some pics! I love the shuttle service to and from my work. Most importantly, I felt my car was in good hands. I'll be back.

Always a great experience when I have service done at Bill's. Everyone is extremely customer-focused, honest and always willing to fully explain the issue that is easy to understand. I was referred to Bill's through a friend, and have since referred others. The perfect alternative to the high-priced foreign dealerships!

The service was excellent. The employees (Joe) were extremely helpful. The work was done quickly and proficiently. It is tough finding a trust-worthy auto shop and I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone in the area.

Great service. For a simple oil change they still check the whole car. They found a nail in one of my tires and promptly fixed it. Thanks very much.

All around great job done the guys there. They explained everything done for the oil change clearly and concisely. I will definitely go back for any car needs.

Bill's Automotive provided a concise evaluation and oil change during my visit. They were able to drop me off and pick me up from my work. The Service Managers kept me up-to-date on the progress throughout the day with courtesy phone calls and even an email showing me the work (I needed new air filters). Needless to say, I enjoyed using Bill's and look forward to seeing them again for any future car service needs.

A gem hidden in the heart of the city. Kudo's to the staff- very professional and customer service oriented- in this day and age - what a pleasant surprise! Both Ross and Joe go the extra mile; they treat their customers like guests in their home; make them feel comfortable and exude an honest passion for their profession. The staff here works with their customers instead of against them. They are patient, informative, have knowledge, and are reasonably priced. It is no wonder why they have a AAA rating. This garage deserves it! I would and will recommend them to anyone that needs repairs and gladly sing the praises of this team. Give them a try - definately worth the money it will cost you for repairs!!!!
