After initially working with the local Audi dealership it became apparent that I needed to seek out an alternative. I stumbled upon Bill's Automotive - Thank goodness!!! I spoke with Joe and explained my situation. He assured me that he and his mechanics would remedy my problem. I must mention that I am 2500 miles away and this is my Daughters vehicle. Joe went entirely above and beyond baseline customer service. Joe stepped in and from my perspective took on my problem as if it were his own. He treated my Daughter with respect and kindness that is often lost in this world today.
