Bill's Automotive is outstanding! I recently took my car there and was treating extremely well - they were honest and have great expertise and customer service. I would recommend Bill's to any owner that wants an honest experience with skilled, friendly, and dedicated staff.

This was my first visit to Bill's Automotive. I found the office area notably clean and I had a cup of coffee while waiting for my oil change. Joe Vassallo is very professional, polite and seems to care about his customers. Mechanic Gilbert worked on my car and did a 27-step inspection. Joe gave me a summary report on my car and when time permits, I intend to schedule an appointment with Joe for the necessary repairs. As the old saying goes, “the first impression is a lasting impression”, and going there has definitely left me with good vibes.

Bill's took very good care of my baby, and I don't trust much when it comes to repair shops . Bill's make me feel good and comfortable when it comes to my car. And they speak a lanaguge which I can understand simple English not car jargon nonsense, but Bill is straight up HONEST with his customers.
