Hartford Auto Repair

I was on passing through CT on my way to Boston when my vehicle broke down in Hartford. I had it towed to New Country BMW. After the dealer provided an initial wrong diagnosis, then later hit me with some exorbitant fee to fix the actual malfunction, I called Bills Automotive. Bills took care of the towing from dealer to their shop and had my vehicle repaired within 24 hours. In addition to their efficiency and their competitive pricing, what impressed me more was the constant updates that I received in regard to the work that they were performing. Unfortunately, I am not a Hartford resident, otherwise I would have made this shop my new home.

The staff was friendly, and took care of my vehicle promptly. It was a little expensive, but within reason. If I breakdown in Hartford again, I would bring my car there again.

Bill's Automotive is an honest "go above and beyond" service station, I highly recommend them to service your high performance vehicle. They repaired my DIY botched headlight bulb upgrade in hours! Call them - you will not be disappointed!!!

Love the quick friendly service. Most of all, it's important to have mechanics you trust. Not easy to find these days but I'm happy to say I did! I recommend you to everyone!
