I have been bring my vehicle to Bill Automotive for years because I trust their professionalism and their customer service is above and beyond my expectation. Joe takes his time to explain in details the work to be done on your vehicle before they start the job to make sure you are ok with their findings. I will always continue to have Bill Automotive service my vehicle. I now have my daughter going to them with her vehicle.

I've gone to Bill's for several years now after they were recommended by a coworker. Prices have always been fair. Work is done by or before the estimate given. Customer service is very responsive. I recently went in for an oil change and two dashboard warning lights: (1) tire pressure {!}, and (2) the ABS. I dropped the car off in the morning. Got a call that afternoon saying oil change was done, the ABS light had never come on for them, and that the wheels all had plenty of air but an initial scan showed there was likely a problem with one or more tire pressure monitoring sensors, with further diagnosis required. They asked if I wanted them to go ahead with the further diagnosis and also if I wanted them to take care of some overdue maintenance work (air filter, engine coolant, etc.). I was surprised by the second piece, because I had brought the car to them three months earlier for an oil change and inspection and was told then that no work was necessary. When I asked about this (getting a little frustrated, to be honest), they said they thought they'd recommended the work last time but that I didn't have to do it that day. I picked up the car and Joe gave me an explanation of the work done and further work needed, as well as a detailed breakdown and price estimate for the remainder. ABS light and tire pressure light both immediately came on for me as I drove it off the lot. ABS light later went off of its own accord and hasn't come back on. After thinking about it over the weekend, I brought the car back the next week for the remainder of the work. Due to a miscommunication, Bill's did the maintenance work (and gave me a 10% discount on it without me even asking) but did not finish diagnosing the tire pressure issue. I brought the car back a third time and Bill's fixed the tire pressure issue—apparently one of the tire valves was leaking right around the stem so they replaced the piece and the tire pressure light went off. I tried to pay for the work but Joe insisted it was on the house. Although it did mean a couple extra trips to the mechanic, I really respect that Bill's made sure to check with me at each stage of the process about whether they had authorization to proceed, explaining both the price and the work before doing it. And when they were unsure what I had authorized, they erred on the conservative side while keeping me posted of what remained to be done. The fact that Joe also was courteous throughout, insisted on discounting the price without my ever asking (and despite my repeatedly offering to pay), and patiently explained the diagnostic process when I had questions was excellent customer service. Many thanks, I will definitely be back.
