I have been going to Bills for years. I’ve always been happy with their service and responsiveness.

This is the only place I will bring my car. Incredibly honest and reliable. They let you know what needs to be done and what can wait. They are always super fast and have reasonable pricing.

Bill’s is a great company! I’ve been having my truck serviced there for years and they have always given honest pricing and will get work done quickly. The staff is friendly (especially the two golden retrievers Gus and Duke) and always able to concisely walk through what services need to be done. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Hartford area!

Amazing customer service! Completely transparent on what needs to be done, shows you image of what they will fix and why it needed to be fixed! It’s hard to trust people with your vehicle but Joe made me safe and secure to leave my car there. When I drove away today I could feel the difference in my car. Joe is very personable and knowledgeable. Another garage had basically told me it was not worth it to make the repairs to my car! The car failed emissions and had quite a few issues. After completing a diagnostic test, Joe explained what was wrong with my car (most problems I was already aware of) and told me what could be done to get it to possibly pass emissions. My check engine light had been on (of and on) for the past 2 years. When I picked up my car, I was so thrilled that the check engine light was off, it did not sound as loud as it had when I dropped it off and it performed better than it has in months. I highly recommend Joe and his team!
