I was without A/C and Bill's got me in right away. Doug clearly explained what they would do and the cost. Once complete he told me clearly what to watch for and to come back if the was any loss of cooling. I was well taken care of, and Doug treated other customers with the same respect and clarity he used with me. I have already recommended Bill's.

Joe is very accommodating and knowledgeable! He also listens to my comments about my vehicle. (Us seniors like to explain every detail).
