Bill's Automotive is great! I have taken my car there three times now in the last year. They are friendly, reliable and honest! The work they do is outstanding and the work is done when they tell you it will be done. No surprises. They tell you exactly what needs to be done and they do it right. Went to the shop at 7am needing help with a damaged tire. I was helped right away and a new tire was ordered, delivered and on my car asap. They give a discount to healthcare workers and work fast!! Definitely recommend!

The team at Bill’s was very responsive and kept me abreast of the repairs while I was out of the country. Had the job done by the time I returned and gave a detailed explanation of the work that was done. Told me they wanted to keep an eye on the engine they had just installed and made me feel like I was in good hands. I’ve been a customer since moving to Hartford and will continue use them.

Brought the car is for a check engine light that was turning off and on. I work at the hospital so I dropped it off and picked up at the end of the day. They did a full inspection and said nothing needed to be done and they didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. Will definitely go back again.
