This is my 2nd time bringing my M3 for servicing and once again received exceptional customer service. An email reminder was sent prior to visit. Thorough check of vehicle provided, along with full report of findings, was impressive. Will continue to use their services in the future.

For a number of years I've had been searching around the Hartford Area for an automotive repair shop I can trust. Finally, Bill's Automotive came to my attention and having had several of my vehicles serviced there I can state my journey has ended. This is the first place that actually troubleshoots the problem and doesn't just shotgun with infinite replacement parts. They provide a thorough inspection of the vehicle, point out any potential issues but don't pressure you to immediately repair. Although the place doesn't look like much from the outside it does not reflect the quality of the service or staff.
