1st repair - looking for an alternative to the BMW dealer I decided to have Bill's check out my service engine light. they confirmed the dealers diagnositics and as there ad says I was able to save quite a few dollars in repair cost. 2nd repair - during the inspection they indicated mice had damaged the fuel pump and emission hoses. the repari quote included a new fuel pump. Working on the car Randy determined the damaged part on the fuel pump could be replaced and fuel pump was not needed. how often would you find a dealer crediting back the cost of a part that was included in an estimate, like never. At Bills they do and both repairs i saved hundreds of dollars. Even for oil Lube and filters I use Bills. I trust their inspection service and know if there is an issue with the car they will advise me. Bills is an auto service/repair garage worth the drive. Have them drive you into Pratt Street explore downtown Htfds restaurnats, read a book in the Park and a easy stroll back to Bills. many thans to Joe the service advisor and Randy the certified BMW tech. My daughter was going off to North Carolina for school. They serviced her car and told me if she had any car issues while she was there to let them know they new of garages that were part of their network. On her arrival in NC she had a unforeseen problem with her car. They put me in contact with their friends and they were able to help my daughter. Bill's staff are clever mechanics who often come up with inexpensive repair solutions rather than always insisting on new part replacement as a first option. I appreciate the heads up thinking and the savings too!
