Bills Automotive is a wonderful place. The guys up front Joe and Ross are knowlegable and great to deal with. The technicians at Bills are also great and know european cars better than any one I have found yet with fair prices on top of that. I would highly recomend them to anyone for all your car needs.

You can't ask for a more honest & reasonable automotive service. If you work/live in downtown Hartford, they'll give you a ride to & from work/home and have your car done on time.

Bill's Automotive started for me as a "close to work" place but has become my go to place for any repair. Their customer service is amazing - they are from a different century - and you can really on what they say. I'm sure I sound like I'm gushing, but honestly I've been very pleased everytime I've gone there.

The staff at Bill's Auto is always kind, courteous and honest. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no fuss. I was told, by another mechanic, that I needed new front brakes. When Bill's checked out my brakes, they told me they were practically new, which I knew and that is why I brought it back to them. They're the best!

Bill's was recommended to me by several people in the neighborhood. They were fast, reasonably priced, friendly and very informative. They took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong and even send me pictures of the issue. They came up with a lower cost solution for me that saved me over $1,000!
