Bill's was recommended to me by several people in the neighborhood. They were fast, reasonably priced, friendly and very informative. They took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong and even send me pictures of the issue. They came up with a lower cost solution for me that saved me over $1,000! Great service, I will definitely be back.

I brought my new minivan in to be checked over and evaluated. I was promptly given a ride back to my job. A bit later, I received a call from Ross who let me know all was fine and they would pick me up to get my vehicle. Once there, Ross went over the diagnosis with me in terms I could understand. I left feeling confident that my new vehicle was fine and would be taken care of by their able staff in the future.

I've been getting my car serviced and repaired at Bill's for about a year now and they've done a great job. They explain everything to me before and after they work on my car and try to make it as easy as possible to work around my schedule and offer to drive me to and from work if needed. If you are in the Hartford area you definitely want to take your vehicle there.

I had new rear brakes put on. The work,so far, has proved satisfactory.

These guys are top notch, by far the beat personalized service.
